O’Case sells phone cases, AirPods cases, phone accessories, charms, and related fashion accessories through our website at ocase.store and other official sales channels.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law in relation to defective, damaged, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods.

Customized, personalized, final-sale, mystery-box, clearance, or promotional products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.
