Shipping Policy

Good things take a little time — especially when they are made just for you.

At O’Case, some items are ready to move quickly, while others are pre-order pieces that need a little more time before they leave us. Either way, we will do our best to get your order on its way as smoothly as possible.

Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Normal Items

For normal items, orders are expected to ship within 2 calendar days after the order is placed.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 10–25 calendar days, depending on your location, carrier processing, customs clearance, holidays, and local delivery conditions.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items need extra time because they are prepared specially after your order is placed.

Pre-order items are expected to ship within 30 calendar days after the order is placed.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 10–25 calendar days, depending on your location, carrier processing, customs clearance, holidays, and local delivery conditions.

If Your Order Includes Both Normal and Pre-Order Items

If your order includes both normal items and pre-order items, the order will be shipped together by default once the pre-order item is ready.

This means the normal item may not ship separately right away.

If you would like your normal item and pre-order item to be shipped separately, we got you — and the separate shipping fee will be covered by O’Case.

Please leave us a note either through the website chat box or by emailing us at customerservice@ocase.store as soon as possible after placing your order.

Separate shipping requests may not be guaranteed once the order has already shipped.

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Processing time means the time we need to prepare, produce, check, pack, and hand your order to the shipping carrier.

Shipping time means the time the carrier takes to deliver the package after it has been shipped.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

For example:

Normal items ship within 2 calendar days after the order is placed, then usually arrive 10–25 calendar days after shipment.

Pre-order items ship within 30 calendar days after the order is placed, then usually arrive 10–25 calendar days after shipment.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or through your order page.

Please allow a little time for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed to the carrier. Sometimes tracking may take a few days to show movement.

No panic-refreshing required, though we totally understand the urge.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order. We will do our best to update the address, but changes are not guaranteed after this period.

Once an order has shipped, we can no longer change the shipping address.

If a package is lost, returned, delayed, undeliverable, or destroyed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, O’Case is not responsible for refunding the order.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address and you would like it shipped again, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Shipping Delays

We know waiting is not fun. Especially when your case is cute.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 10–25 calendar days. However, delays may happen due to carrier processing, customs clearance, weather, holidays, peak seasons, or local delivery conditions.

If your package has not arrived more than 35 calendar days after shipment, please contact us. We will help check the tracking information and may offer a store credit voucher as compensation for the wait.

If your package has not arrived more than 45 calendar days after shipment and there has been no tracking update, or if the carrier confirms that the package is lost, O’Case may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund. Each case will be reviewed based on tracking information, carrier updates, and actual delivery status.

Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot find it, please first check:

Your mailbox
Your front door or porch
Your building reception or mailroom
Your apartment leasing office
Your neighbors
Your local post office or delivery point

Sometimes packages like to play hide and seek. Annoying, we know.

O’Case can help review the tracking information. However, if tracking shows the package was successfully delivered, O’Case is not automatically responsible for refunding or replacing the order.

We will always try to support you where possible, but refund or replacement is not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered.

Refused or Returned Packages

Refused packages are not eligible for automatic refund.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned due to an incorrect address, or returned because the customer failed to receive or pick it up, O’Case is not responsible for the original shipping cost or automatic refund.

If the package is returned to us and you would like it shipped again, you may be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

O’Case is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for packages refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or local fees.

Mixed orders: shipped together by default.
